What should I do if I have an urgent service request?

Give us a call! Our tech support can be reached 7 days a week at (800) 204-4386. To expedite your service request, please let us know the case number, board name and sign owner (if available). Photos or videos of visual issues are always welcomed and appreciated.

How can I request or return spare parts?

To request or return spare parts, please call our Help Desk at (800) 204-4386 to coordinate shipping and delivery. For returns, we'd like to send you a pre-paid shipping label so please provide the box's length, width, height and weight.
