GSC Formetco Partnership Extended Through 2028
BIRMINGHAM, Ala./Duluth, Ga. – The Gulf South Conference and Formetco Sports have announced a three-year extension to their partnership, running through June 2028, designating Formetco as “the Official Video Board Partner of the GSC.” The extended GSC Formetco partnership keeps Formetco’s video board technology and support at the center of the conference’s athletic facilities and championship events for the next three years, reinforcing a relationship that has grown steadily since it first began.
“Formetco has consistently proven to be a trusted partner for the GSC and our member institutions,” said GSC Commissioner Matt Wilson. “Their commitment to supporting our schools—both in enhancing campus facilities and elevating the experience at our championship events—has made a meaningful impact. What the GSC Formetco Partnership Includes
As the GSC’s Official Video Board Partner through 2028, Formetco will continue supplying digital video board technology to conference member institutions, along with a mobile video board at select GSC championship events. The agreement also includes in-person information sessions for GSC athletic administrators, visibility across all GSC-produced live events, and branding placement on the conference’s website.
Since last winter, Formetco has completed projects with GSC members Christian Brothers, Lee, Delta State, and West Florida—part of a growing list of schools across the conference upgrading their scoring, video, and fan-engagement technology. For GSC member institutions, having a single dedicated video board and scoreboard partner simplifies everything from initial installation to long-term service, letting athletic departments focus on the game-day experience rather than juggling multiple vendors across campus facilities and championship venues.
The partnership traces back to a 2018 agreement that first brought Formetco into the GSC family, and Formetco’s role expanded when it was named the conference’s Official Video Board Partner. About the Gulf South Conference
