Overview
Windguard Trim gives billboard crews a simple, effective way to protect copy from wind damage. Outdoor advertising faces are exposed to gusts, updrafts, and turbulence around the edges of a panel, and trim hardware like this is what keeps that copy secured and looking sharp between rotations. Windguard Trim is available in 2″ and 11″ widths, so crews can match the trim profile to the panel and installation method they’re working with.

For crews that want a lighter-weight solution, Windguard Trim is also available in a lighter gauge, hardware-ready option — a choice between the standard pre-punched trim and a lighter alternative that’s already set up to accept hardware, depending on the demands of the job.
Dimensions
- 2″ Pre-Punched Trim: 2.25″ face × 5.5″ leg, 18 gauge, with pockets
- 11″ Pre-Punched Trim: 11″ face, 18 gauge, no pockets
The 2″ profile includes pockets, while the 11″ profile does not, so crews can choose the configuration that matches how the copy is being secured at that edge.
