Vinyl Tension Brackets

Overview

Vinyl Tension Brackets give billboard crews a fast, secure way to hang flex-face vinyl copy without wrestling with ratchets along the bottom of the panel. Copy is easily installed and released with the push of a pin, making changeouts quicker and less physically demanding for install teams working at height. The brackets are ideal for both billboards and wall systems, giving operators one hardware solution across multiple structure types.

Ribbed Design for Strength

The ribbed bracket design adds structural rigidity, helping the bracket hold up to the ongoing tension and wind loading that flex-face vinyl faces experience in outdoor service.

Fully Adjustable With Vinyl Attached

Because the brackets remain fully adjustable even with the vinyl already attached, crews can fine-tune tension and alignment after the copy is hung rather than having to release and re-set the panel to make corrections.

No More Bottom Ratchets

By eliminating the use of ratchets along the bottom of billboard panels, this system pulls copy straight down instead of wrapping it around the bottom of the bulletin panel. That straight-down pull reduces the wear points and pinch areas that ratchet-and-wrap setups tend to create along the panel edge.

Protects the Panel

Wrapping vinyl around the bottom of a panel can leave gaps where animals nest or water pools, both of which shorten the working life of the panel. Because the tension bracket system eliminates nesting animals and pooling water, it helps extend the life of your bulletin panels over repeated copy changes.

Ready to Install

Each bracket includes all mounting hardware needed for installation, so crews aren’t sourcing separate fasteners in the field. For spacing, install 3 brackets per 10′ to 12′ gripper bar, or 4 brackets per 14′ gripper bar, giving installers a straightforward guideline for planning material needs on any given panel run.
