Overview
The SmartLink Time Controller line gives users full control and visibility to assets from any computer or mobile device. Rather than a single fixed product, SmartLink is a family of controllers — SL-1-AC, SL-2-DC, SL-4-AC, SL-4-DC, and Vantage — sized and rated for different relay counts and power configurations, so a structure owner can match the controller to the specific lighting setup on a given site.
Remote Control and Scheduling
Every controller in the SmartLink line offers the same core scheduling flexibility: Sunset to Sunrise, Always On, or Specific Times. A structure’s lighting can be set to follow natural daylight automatically, run continuously, or follow a custom schedule — and because the controllers are managed remotely from a computer or mobile device, schedule changes don’t require a technician to physically visit the site and reprogram a unit by hand.

Choosing the Right Controller
The lineup breaks down primarily by relay count and power type. The single-relay SL-1-AC suits a site with one lighting circuit to manage, while the four-relay SL-4-AC and SL-4-DC models are built for structures running multiple independent lighting circuits off a single controller. The DC-rated models — SL-2-DC, SL-4-DC, and Vantage — are suited to low-voltage DC lighting setups, while the AC-rated SL-1-AC and SL-4-AC are built for standard AC-powered circuits. All housings are polycarbonate, a practical choice for an enclosure that’s typically mounted outdoors and exposed to weather.
Why It Matters
For a company managing lighting across a portfolio of billboard, scoreboard, or other outdoor structures, being able to check status and adjust schedules remotely — rather than dispatching a technician to each site — is a meaningful operational advantage. Whether a controller is handling one relay or four, the same remote visibility and scheduling options apply, so crews can standardize how they manage lighting across a mixed inventory of controller types.
