Each strap is built with a gold chromate, heavy duty ratchet rated to a 3,000 lb. break strength, giving crews confidence that the assembly can handle the tension loads involved in stretching billboard vinyl tight against a panel or frame.

The extra wide ratchet assembly handle is designed for maximum grip and leverage, making it easier for installers to apply consistent, controlled tension by hand without straining to crank the mechanism.
Durable Strapping
The strap itself is 1″ UV protected black industrial polyester strapping with robust stitching, built to stand up to sun exposure and repeated use out in the field without breaking down or fraying at the seams.
Corrosion-Resistant Hardware
Both the ratchet assembly and the S-hooks carry a dichromate finish, adding a layer of corrosion resistance to the metal components that see repeated outdoor exposure over the life of the strap.
Easy to Attach
The S-hook fastener features a large opening, so crews can quickly hook and unhook the strap from gripper bars or panel hardware without fumbling with a tight-tolerance fastener.
Sized for Every Job
Ratchet Straps are available in four lengths to match different panel and bulletin configurations: 63 in. (Orange tag), 78 in. (Green tag), 168 in. (Yellow tag), and 192 in. (Red tag). The color coded tags make it easy for crews to identify the correct strap length at a glance, even when pulling from a mixed case in the field.
Packaging
Straps are sold 30 units per case, giving install teams and shops a convenient bulk quantity to keep on hand for ongoing vinyl installations and changeouts.
