Overview

The LED BrickLite Luminaire is a low-profile, ultra-lightweight fixture built for billboard and outdoor sign lighting where minimizing visual and structural intrusion matters. Its compact footprint keeps it out of the way on the face of a structure while still delivering the illumination needed to keep copy visible after dark.

Built to Last

The luminaire is rated for an LED L70 of 239,000 hours at 85°C per TM-21 testing methodology, meaning the LEDs are engineered to maintain a large share of their original light output over an extended service life even under sustained heat exposure — a meaningful consideration for fixtures mounted outdoors year-round. The housing itself is powder coated aluminum, paired with stainless steel hardware, a combination chosen to resist the corrosion and wear that come with continuous outdoor exposure. Operating temperature is rated from -30°C to +74°C, so the fixture is built to perform across a wide range of climates and seasonal extremes.

Optical and Electrical Design

Light output runs through a UV stabilized optical lens with a tempered glass external lens, protecting the internal optics while resisting the degrading effects of prolonged sun exposure. The optical design is extremely efficient, delivering 90+ lumens per watt, and the fixture produces a 4,500K–5,000K neutral white color temperature. On the electrical side, the luminaire carries a power factor greater than 0.9 and total harmonic distortion (THD) under 15%, and it uses a UL 8750 certified power supply. The luminaire itself is UL/cUL listed and suitable for wet locations, and it ships with a 10′ power cable for connecting to the site’s power source.

Designed for Field Service

The BrickLite features an integral mounting bracket sized for 1.5” square or round conduit, simplifying attachment to existing light arm hardware. It’s also field serviceable, with a quick drive or LED module replacement design that lets maintenance crews swap components on site rather than removing and replacing the entire fixture — reducing both downtime and cost over the life of the installation.

Modular Coverage for Any Panel Size

The BrickLite is available in a modular 1, 2, or 3 brick design, allowing the lighting layout to be matched to the size of the structure being illuminated. For example, a 14′ × 48′ bulletin typically uses a 3-brick configuration, while a 10′6″ × 36′ poster panel typically uses 2 bricks — giving operators a straightforward way to scale coverage to the panel in front of them.
